It's a floater!

A phrase originating from a TikTok video of a family inserting a large, spherically shaped chocolate ball into a mug of milk in order to quirkily create a hot chocolate mixture. Seconds into the video, a child is heard screeching, "it's a floater", indicating that the chocolate ball is taking a long time to melt, which is essentially stating the obvious in a failed attempt to act in a comedic fashion.

Emily: That bouncer surely denied us entry into the club because we're so hot. He definitely had a Grimace Shake in Ohio prior to his shift, LOL!
Everyone waiting in line: "It's a floater!" type shit...

Is definded by a Girl/Guy who always playfully touches,goofs around,or playful hits one another etc... to the extent that it is considered "flirting" to guys who are single but also in a relationship where the guy is clearly taken but that guy/girl doesn't care , so they make fools of themselves.

Example:
Rachel always playfully engages with James by touching, hitting or other disturbing actions she did that upset the girlfriend so she considered her a "flirter"

But if that relationship fails, they move onto the next lucky/unlucky clique. Floaters can either work alone or with a partner, but never exist as more than two people. Floaters are usually strange, creative, troubled, and/or have an offbeat sense of humor. Floaters usually don't mind being a floater, although bouts of loneliness may strike at times. A floater is usually single and plays the field.

knucklebumped a floater

when one's aggressive ass-wiping causes him or her to forcefully strike the chocolaty log within the toilet bowl.

i was taking a behemoth dump on my break before i looked at my phone and saw that i had only one minute 'til punch in time. i was wiping so aggressively/quickly that i, accidentally, knucklebumped a floater.
