The Moment of Anticipation

The feeling someone gets when something good or bad is about to happen. Or like when a battle is about to take place and every one gets real quiet right before the order is give to charge. It's a feeling that in and of itself is neither positive or negative. It's the defense mechanism that prepares us for what ever may come our way.

It's at the moment of anticipation, we all must make that hard decision to do or die.

anticipation

The anticipation phase starts the moment after taking a pill and lasts for 20 minutes to an hour, whilst you're waiting for it to kick in. This can be an exciting phase as you know something magical is coming at any moment but you don't know exactly when. There may be glimpses of it but this may also be the mind playing tricks before it really starts. For the more seasoned pill taker this moment may actually be 1 of frustration as they want to be there immediately.

Guy 1 "You there yet?"
Guy 2 "Nah still in the anticipation stage."

Precariously juggling/ tying to avoid seeing your in-laws in the hallway while running from door to door . Analgous to Shaggy and Scooby being chased by a ghost in the haunted mansion.

While visiting Bob and Peg, most mornings are chock-full of Funticipation.
