1. When a person wears military or tactical clothing and gear that are completely over the top and unnecessary, often comical in appearance. 2.When characters in movies and TV have the wrong gear, equipment, and weapons, in contrast to what would be used in a real world situation. 3. Tactical decisions that make no sense strategically, often seen in movies and TV because the director thinks it looks good or is clueless of actual tactics.
I had to stop watching that show because the SWAT team was way too tactical fabulous. In every mission they would show up with brand new uniforms, perfect gear, and zero situation awareness. Their complete lack of tactics made me cringe.
