A tasteless European under the illusion that they possess a fashion-forward style superior to Americans when in reality they are comedically tacky and exhibit a profound lack of hygiene. Males typically wear tight jeans while females often sport the 'poodle' hair style and a discounted H&M outfit. They neither have the money or fashion sense that they would like you to believe and you may experience uncontrollable laughter when seeing their naively tasteless appearance and mannerisms.
I was in H&M in Berlin yesterday when I saw a 15-year-old girl trying on tapered jeans and flats.

A drug addicted, skinny, pale, sarcastic,trust fund baby, clubbing every night, male/female. eurotrash have keen fashion sense and often aren't european. they often go to university full time, but skip most of their classes and have no major. they don't get kicked out and they don't have any visible form of income but live lavishly. eurotrash don't bathe, smile or wash their hair on a regular basis so they may reek of perfumes and colognes.

Adult men and women who express confusion about anything not having to do with fashion and high society and who praise their own modernity to no end despite a lack of significant change in lifestyle in the last 40 years. Similar to a european version of the redneck, but completely useless.
