Phrase used by "The Situation" on Jersey Shore to ditch hooking up with a grenade. While the girl is in the bathroom you leave the room and head for the kitchen. Then find somewhere else to sleep.

I was talking to Jimmy before and I asked him something, I waited for 10 minutes to receive a response and then he just signed out. I sat there thinking "what an MSN Ditcher"
