A person who is a developer and a designer. Coined by John Richards at Microsoft.

We talk internally about 'devignders' – people who spend half their time in developer tools and half their time in design tools.

Deviner

Is the hybrid name for a developer-designer or designer-developer. A Deviner is a person that is able to conduct/execute both professions (Developer + Designer).

"Hey Eric, we just hired a Deviner for our project. She will be aiding us with the User Experience designs first and then she will be assisting the developers by writing code."

Devenderan

A common insult meaning a guy walking around with a massive superiority complex, claims to have OCD and thinks that every girl talking to him secretly likes him, where in reality he is a massive hypocrite who can't follow his own rules, is good at nothing, and only gets dry replies from girls.

Idhellaam oru prechanayaa da? Wotha, devenderan maari pannittu irukka da.
