This is very important to me, Not to long ago I had a Hernia operation. I experience the worst time in my life.I was operated onec before for Diverticulosis and thats where they slic me agin. in the same spot? Anyway my conformation is what forms into a hernia,why,do I eat the whrong foods!

finger curtsey

It is when you are reaching for something but you are only like cms from in so you cross your fingers to grap just enough of the object to move it to get a full grip. But the crossing making it looks like your fingers are doing curtseys so I just call them finger curtsey.

I dropped my pen on the ground and just did a finger curtsey to pick it up.
