When you're playing a tactical video game like Fire Emblem or Advance Wars and one of your units gets stuck in a corner and literally cannot move anymore. Unit then usually dies from being attacked in multiple directions. Can also apply to games like Risk.

I had this sweet tank in Advance Wars, but the AI totally cornerfucked me!

For a character in fiction (video games, manga, movies, ect.) To be so over powered, it breaks the laws of physics and laws of the universe itself. It is a combo of the phrases "Overpowered" and "We're Fucked".

The World, from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and its time stop ability is so OverFucked.
