When you're playing a tactical video game like Fire Emblem or Advance Wars and one of your units gets stuck in a corner and literally cannot move anymore. Unit then usually dies from being attacked in multiple directions. Can also apply to games like Risk.

I had this sweet tank in Advance Wars, but the AI totally cornerfucked me!

I was spitting game at this girl at the mall and she totally cornerbacked me.

When you try to help someone but you end up screwing them over in the process never intending to do so.

My buddy moved my car so I did not get a ticket and conefucked me when some jerk crashed into him.
