A bureaucrat (potentially with good intentions or an optimistic belief in his ability to change lives for the better) whose area of battle is a corridor. Loiters outside office in long corridors, using the informal space to perform job-related tasks and politicking which should take place inside the office.

They’re so up their ass that’s it’s unbelievable, they do eventually learn their lesson after they barge into someone that they shouldn’t of.

Corridor kids are so annoying, all they do is cause trouble.
