However, it is mainly used to describe the rear end, or Ass.
To be Licked inna your Clart, is to receive a kick in the ass (or head)
In order to better understand the definition of Clart, it may be easier to think of the Clart as the essential nature of a person, possibly related to its connection with blood.
Hence, “Yuh dutty likkle bloodclart” is a highly insulting remark, aimed at the core of that persons character...
(And has nothing at all to do with questionable Welsh rappers)

If her ass cheeks are compressed and the gas can't be released via the usual route, the fart is redirected forward across the crotch/clit. This does not happen to men because of the placement of their package. It also doesn't happen to thin women because of their lack of ass cheeks.

A good clart is defined as one in which each knuckle makes a distinctive "thud" sound. Occasionally the person's head is seized with one arm while the other hand makes the clarting motion.
Variations on the standard clart are the "Rapid Fire Clart" (AKA Power Clart) in which the knuckle striking action is repeated at a fast rate, the "Tremor Clart" in which the ear is actually siezed between the knuckles and jiggled, and the "Foreign Object Clart" in which the knuckles are substituted with any object conveniently laying around. Clarts are highly subjective to the skill and style of the clarter, and many variations exist which have not yet been documented.
