I mean, if you're like Frankie over there, you don't just want them to die but you want them to live a miserable life and die in disgrace and you want YOU to be directly responsible for them having to love a miserable life. Used by people who falsely cheer on other people to benefit themselves.

Johnny: "Dude, you can totally forge a fake ID. I believe in you!"

Bill: "No man, I'll get caught! Plus, you're just pseudo-cheering me on because you want me to make you one."
