Buttoncock

Having a cock so small and retracted that it is not even worthy of being referred to as a cock. Rather, it appears to be a one-holed button against the pubic region, with a very slightly pronounced rim that is the skin around the shaft. The actual bulb of the penis is sunken below this rim and appears to be no more than a fleshy button like that found on a sweater or shirt.
