Bugatti

Luxury car manufacturer founded in 1910 by Italian born, french domiciled Ettore Bugatti. A number of race victories in the early twentieth century secured the reputation as sound cars, while obscure road models such as the ultra-heavy Royalé gave it an edge over its competitiors. A number of attempts at revival, icluding the ugly-ass car that was the EB110 (the name means "Ettore Bugatti is 110" - it was luanched on what would have been his 110th birthday)


The type 35 of 1924 is still regarded as the most beautiful sports car of all time by many. All Bugatti's feature a horse-shoe radiator.

The SS variant of the EB110 (Joint with the Jaguar XJ220) and the Royalé were both the world's fastest road cars in their time, as well as others.


In september 1998 VolksWagen took over the Name and are producing the "Veyron". A car with a predicted top speed of 252mph (which should make it 2mph faster than the world's current fastest road car, and 12mph ahead of the McLaren F1)

The Bugatti Effect

A science experiment in which an airbag is deployed right onto someone's exposed rear to record reaction (whether it be pain or pleasure) and effects of the airbag deploying. The speeds of an airbag deploying is that of a Bugatti Veyron doing speeds of 200mph. Hence, the Bugatti Effect.

brattitude

Specifically the negative or immature demeanor, associated behaviors, silver-spoon fed, pompously inappropriate, childish, and rude mannerisms most commonly expressed by a rotten little sister who has somehow envisioned herself to be worthy of a position of power and sharp tongue, which she clearly has not earned. To act in a rude, disorderly, or otherwise unkind fashion towards an older brother or sister without cause, justification, or reason.

An older brother called his youngest sister whilst she was away at her freshman year of college just to say hello and see how things were going, however he could not spare the time of day to say hello and shoot the breeze, so instead of being friendly, the little sister copped a fierce brattitude, saying something with a dismissive and judgmental tone about how she had to go because it was time to eat dinner. Huh, I guess older brothers aren't worth a dime's worth of respect and friendliness for some unexplained reason.

When someone starts speaking then descends into gibberish. The first burtation took place during Serene Bransons live coverage of the 53rd Grammy Awards in February, 2011
