A state of mind where a person is mentally paralyzed by the sight of a really nice rack. Symptoms of a boobatonic state include drooling, staring uncontrollably, and incoherent speech. The boobatonic episode can last for hours, depending on the seriousness of the particular person's level of immunity to boobs, and the amount and quality of nearby boobs.

Apparently stolen from Jeff; actually originated in the southwestern region of Wisconsin by Rintown, coined from the bar and grill "Boomtown" and originating in the year 2000. Annotates an achievment.

If one were to make the game winning shot of a basketball game, his/her accomplishment could be glossed with the addition of exclaiming "BOOMTOWN!"
