Noun: To consume an inhuman amount of beef at a Japanese BBQ. Amalgamation of the word beef + the Japanese root word "kake", meaning to do something excessively or take something in great amounts.

An article of clothing that may have once resembled a shirt but has been cut down the sides to display the chest and stomach. Usually worn by bulky/douchey men at the gym.

I wish those guys at the gym would wear shirts instead of just beefcake rags.

Beefcakes can be found at college football games, gyms, and if they are comfortable with exposing themselves in such manners, Chippendales.
