Obviously, not all friends of whores are sluts; an S.B.A is a female that one assumes is a slut because of A. Her attire and/or attitude and B. Her acquaintanceship with a known slut/whore

B.A.B.S.

B.A.B.S. or Big Ass Ball Syndrome is the act of having a gigantic ball on either the right or left side. The nut in most cases is about 3 times the size of your normal everyday testical. Men who have B.A.B.S. are usually forced to walk with a limp and will more than likely suffer from back problems later in life due to the increaseed weight in the sack region. This is also commonly referred to as elephantitis or softball sack.

Note: It is extremely rare, but not unheard of to have two enormous balls in a single sack (see B.A.S.S. for more detail).
