The Arbiter

The Arbiter was a "Heretic" Elite blamed for the destruction of the first Halo discovred by the UNSC. An Arbiter is someone who is decides, and enforces and issue. The past Arbiter's of the Covenant have dealt with such situations such as those in campaign mode of Halo 2. (By the way, incase none of you pin-heads noticed, the Arbiter's voice is the same of 'Golaith' from Gargoyales.)

Architecture

Architecture is the study of building design, as well as the practice of designing buildings. The average salary for architects is within the 70-80 thousand margin, while "rookie" architects may start off making around 40 thousand. It is very possible to become very wealthy as an architect, though it is uncommon. Someone who becomes famous for their designs and is very sought after is known as a "starchitect."
