A word used to describe somone portraying/acting like somebody else. Like a Clone, Imposter, Wannabe, or Poser, etc. Or being fake / faking. This is because the two numbers 33 is like doubled/cloned. (I made up, think is good).

"He not really like that, he a 33 (thirty-three)."

"He acting like a 33 (thirty-three)."
"Stop being a 33 (thirty-three)."
OR

In the Spanish-speaking shitposting community and between Formula 1 fans, 33 represents the number of victories the F1 driver Fernando Alonso will reach when he wins a race again. Whenever the number is brought up in any conversation, real Alonso fans will answer with Spanish phrases like "Como que 33" (wdym 33) or "Me repites ese numerin?" (can you repeat that number?), among others.

Referring to F1 driver Fernando Alonso's long awaited 33rd race win (which hasn't happened yet.)

Used as a meme by his schizophrenic fans to cope with the fact that his last victory, the 32nd, was more than a decade ago. Every time they see that number, they think it's hinting that the next race will be the race where he wins again. (They're detached from reality)
