Because he was singled out for torment by the dogshit people who permeate your community. Me describing what is actively happening to ME doesn't not make me culpability or guilty of that and I actively tried to stop it but "the people" decided that maybe they want some people to have to live like that. So, they obstructed me from doing so because they are petty, stupid, and obstinate.
