Republican Tourette's

When a person (usually a Republican or one who leans right on the American political spectrum) takes opportunities to speak badly about the American Democratic party, no matter how unprompted or unrelated to what's currently going on.

Cliff: "Austin, Texas really seems to have a fascination with the color green."
Lance: "Yeah, thanks to the fuckin' Democrats."
Cliff: "The color green, Lance?!? Dude, you've got Republican Tourette's."

Cliff: "Hey check out this trick I can do with this $100 bill."
Lance: "I'm surprised you found one in this Biden economy."
Cliff: "There you go with your Republican Tourette's again!"

Business Tourette's

When you’re at a meeting and someone constantly nods their head in agreement and spits out nonsense sayings like “right” “for sure” “I agree” “In my experience” and overly responds to humerus comments to help make themselves relevant when they add no value.

I’m so tired of listening to her dumb ass, business Tourette's comments in that meeting.

Touretter

Basically same as tourettes but the person usually say things at the most inappropriate moments in an instant similar to someone with tourettes, but could also turn into a great comedic moment.

Bob: My pet recently died
Ryan: Your mother pass away skrrrt
Bob: okay touretter

Someone who verbally points out anything he perceives as ridiculous or dumb as "gay," as if it were a verbal tick.

Person 1: (Points at a merry-go-round) Ha, gay! That ride's for kids, and gay lovers...

Person 2: wtf u talkin bout bruh? u always rode the merry go round all the time wit yo momma til you were 12...
Person 1: yo momma's gay! and you know what? that ride over there too is gay...
Person 2: dude you got gay tourettes...

where you send an email, usually to a large audience which is critical or non complimentary about a person or company etc, which you really, really shouldn't have sent

The singing, humming or saying popular sounds, noises or songs used on the tiktok app

Saw a dog scratching it's bum on the floor and had to bite my tongue to stop myself singing that tiktok song out loud. Definitely suffering from tiktok tourettes
