Used to have casual sex and drink and smoke, but goes against it later. To cleanse themselves of what they used to do. Varies on person to person, but part of to be a clean teen is to dress modestly.

Can be confused with a straight-edge kid. Slight difference.

Person A: Look! She used to dress so skankish. What happened?
Person B: She's a clean teen now.
