A japanese slang term for Sexual Intercourse. Originated in a Japanese school because of an American teacher teaching English to Japanese kids translated Waist, and then Shake to some of the students. The students then took that to mean Sexual Intercourse.

During Dec. 2019 debate, Elizabeth Warren attacked Buttigieg for appealing to rich donors instead of grassroots supporters by using this imagery. A few minute later, Andrew Yang stated his campaign reform policy would increase women and minority elected to offices around the country because "they don't have to shake the money tree in a wine cave", gesturing to Buttigieg.

Months later New Jersey tried to steal the hype and Credit from Philly claiming its their Dance but that ended up being false as the Dances are similar but are entirely different.
