Flip and Cut

An action taken by angry drivers, usually in rush-hour. If a motorist is aggravated by another driver, he or she may feel the urge to "flip off and cut off" the other car.

Passenger: "Hey, Bob, that asshole in front of you probably has 100 or so Anti-Republican bumper stickers."

Driver: "I hate Democrats. I'm gonna give him the flip and cut."
