New slang for a “modern douchebag.” A fuckboy will do anything from biting their lips and pulling up their shirts on musically, or act all tough in school when their really a big pussy. Fuckboys will do anything to make sure that they are the center of attention. A fuckboy can also be associated as a yuppie.

Guy 1: did you here that David is gonna fight fight Eddie?

Guy 2: nah, David is just a fuckboy he’s too pussy to fight

A boy that flirts with more girls then one at one time...also could mean that they can’t commit to a relationship for more than a couple weeks if that. A fuck boy can be abscessed with a girl he can’t get show he flirts with lower ranking girls, for example taking picture giving hugs and just trying to be around them

A male who's words don't match his actions. He ain't about shit. Doesn't do much with his life but party. He's flakey and all talk. Usually cheats on his girlfriend and thinks it's okay. Flirts with every girl. Will let a girl pay for him. He's normally broke. Thinks he's amazing. Basically a good for nothing asshole who doesn't realize and refuses to believe that he is in fact a fuckboy.
