Adjective. Used to define an object of art or entertainment that has been "curated" by a superior object of art or entertainment, in order to artificially increase the former's popularity beyond what they would have otherwise accomplished by themselves. These objects do not have to be related to eachother other than sharing the same characteristic.

I really enjoy that webcomic, too bad they keep making constant references to that blubburb.
