The word "Wigga" when used in text/in-person means (most of the time) a person who is a white "Nigga" most of the time African Americans use this word when referring to a white person who is close to them, has the "N-word pass" or grew up in the "hood"

Tyrone : Nothing my nigga

Some random furry : I see your a furry too

Tyrone : What the hell i'm not

Some random furry : Yes you are because your dressed as a monkey *runs away*

Both Tyrone and Alex : *sprays the furry down with 24 bullets not missing a single shot*
