mid-day crisis

When it's the middle of the day, and you realize you have a lot to do and not enough time to do it. As a result, your mind locks up and you can't work, you just sit and pity yourself.
Usually caused by procrastination.

When you procrastinate too much and end up having multiple huge assignments (which you haven't started) due the next day, you may have a mid-day crisis, and end up laying on your bed throwing a tennis ball at the wall. Eventually you either say "fuck it" and don't do the assignments, or you get off your ass and work on them all night.

Mid Life Drama

Drama that is between 35-55 year olds...that sometimes seems worse than the drama between teenagers.

Dude, my parents have so much mid life drama compared to us...have you seen their facebook pages? It's ridiculous!

mid, mid-life crisis

A series of life-changing events that occur around 25 to 30 years of age - half-way to a normal, mid life crisis. Usually denoted by a realization of how screwed up your parents were and how screwed up the world really is. Usually followed by marriage, divorce, spiritual reawakening, anti-depressants, children, jail or, a combination.

Have you seen the movie Old School? Those guys were having some serious mid, mid-life crisis’s.

Mid-Twenties Breakdown

A time of mental breakdown that occurs during a person's twenties, often a result of an inability to function outside of college/university or other types of structured environments. Feeling alone and/or useless also tends to be a symptom of the mid-twenties breakdown.

Soon after Paul finished grad school at age 24 he found that he couldn't get a job and had a mid-twenties breakdown and moved back to his parents' basement where he spent most of his days playing Xbox and smoking weed.

Mid-loaf crisis

Anything that spoils the enjoyment of a good shit. eg. the doorbell or telephone ringing, a realization that there's no toilet paper or a policeman approaching the shop doorway.

I was relaxing on the toilet the other day when I had a Mid-loaf crisis. I discovered that the sport section was missing out of my morning paper.
