Manatee joke

a joke format popularized by Family Guy... usually involves little or tangential connection to the plot, and includes two or three unrelated references put together into an irreverent mini-scene. South Park's parody of Family Guy suggested that the show is written by manatees pushing around floating colored balls with cultural references written on them.

These individuals are typically the worst to work for, care little for others and all in all believe the world revolves around them. On top of that they'll generally prove to be an idiot who's only good is exploiting others and taking their credit.

Generally a woman named Melinda or Judy that is single in her 40s (occasionally divorced in her late 50s), that wears a navy suit while researching and communicating health benefits. Other useless tasks endeavored include interviewing more qualified people then they are and facilitating sexual harassment trainings to those in the verge of bringing the company down with sexual exploitations of their admins.

"Hey Bill, Judy the human resource manager just arrived from Corporate. Who is getting fired?"
