This is mostly used ( with little ghetto wannabe city-girls ) in group chats or stories ( used in snapchat, instagram, etc. ) when someone gets mad when someone else says something that didn't happen or "telling the story wrong". In experience this can happen a lot of times in fight stories, break-ups, and other random crap.
