Ghost Cramps

The cramps you get from your period that are either before or after you are actually on your cycle therefore caused by "ghosts"

"Oh i have the worst cramps"
"Are you on your period?"
"No thats why they're so weird!"
"You must have Ghost cramps!"
"Oh, thanks for the clarification!"

Most people that get these are females on account of the fact that only women get periods.
