beef mix

is when one party A has a problem that cannot be resolved with proper debate or discussion with party B. This unresolved issue will grow exponentially until someone leaves the country. The article "beef" of the word beefmix can be used interchangeably with whatever word the conflict resolves around. Example, "stepmom mix"
