It is someone who is so insanely, persistently under such an inundation of risk of being raped that she/he has no choice but to take ridiculous measures, such as pouring radioactive waste on oneself to get ugly, covering oneself in a 1 ft. thick fur coat even though it is 97 degrees outside and flying away with a jetpack whenever someone says anything suggestive to oneself, just to get through the week unfucked.
