To buy out a ludicrous amount of a certain card. I.e. 20,000 cards from a set with millions of packs printed.

First: I'm very sorry for the terribly sparse raw market. As stupid as it sounds, I'm largely responsible. Over the past 1.5 years, I've been putting together raw mint master sets of the first 10 EX Series sets, I'm afraid I have zorlothed the cards in my doing so.
