A very attractive girl, often found at Keg Parties, that all males cannot help but hit on because of her immense beauty. Often is under ridicule from a nearby Dirty Cow who is jealous because that fatty's boyfriend and/or exboyfriend obviously wants the pretty girl. (This riducule never leads to a fight, because the dirty cow is usually taken out by the linebacker in the corner, who assumed the cow was another dude).

an album that truly surpasses "a fever you can't sweat out" in every possible way. i don't like panic at the disco one bit, but i gotta give them serious props for releasing something that was only gonna alienate their (close-minded) existing fanbase.

Although a pretty boy may spend time on his appearance he generally was always pretty - soft featured and more feminine in looks rather than having a square face and chiseled features, usually has a round or oval face. Sometimes androgenous in looks.

Pretty boy usually relates to the hair and face as it does in relation to a girl being pretty.
