Richard Figures the Longshaft was an evil king in the dangerous land of war and craft, who kept the maiden Pinkcess trapped in a castle. Maroon and his trusty sidekick Cerulean the Wizard defeated him in a flourish, only to have Pinkcess abandon them. Their later roll for sadness was a critical fail.
"Fear not, fair maiden, for I shall rescue thee!" Richard Figures then proceeded to be maimed by the noble questors.
