A fever in which you experience hallucinations coordinating with the dimensions of a Gameboy screen. The term was popularized in 1989 as many parents found their children bedridden after playing the Gameboy for 1-2 hours at a time.

The well-known Youtuber Scott Wozniak, known as Scott The Woz among his fans, used this term in his video, '2D to 3D - Scott The Woz' claiming it to be his own
