Similar to cock blocked, this refers to Eastern European women withholding sex from men they are in relationships with because of a silly argument. Eastern European women are known for having short tempers and often lash out at their significant others and initiate what seem like never ending sexual standoffs as a form of punishment.

I've been Eastern Blocked by Avnu since last week when I forgot to call her on Wednesday night.
