Chalice of Banter

A metaphor often used as a means of estimating or judging the level of craic being interchanged between a circle of friends. Rarely found amongst females. Its' embodiment could be a drinking vessel of any form, for example, a pint-sized tankard, beaker, bowl, cannikin, cup, demitasse, draught, mug, taster or tumbler.

During a phenomenal session of banter: 'The chalice of banter is over-flowing!'

Before a night out: 'Time to fill the chalice of banter!'

When a person with smelly chat contributes to a session too much: 'the chalice of banter has sprung a leak.'

A Tinder Bender is a verb used to describe a spree of Tinder dates (meeting multiple people from the dating app Tinder) over a short amount of time.

Adam went on a Tinder Bender over Labor Day Weekend.

Beater

A term used at Utah ski areas (Alta, Snowbird) to describe a tourist of inferior skiing ability. This noun was coined due to the distinctive sound made by a skier, tangled in their own equipment, tumbling down a steep ski slope.

Look at that Beater on the expert terrain; he is going to die.

One Skier to another: "Nice face plant, you're such a Beater!"

Go ski Nebraska you frickin Beater!

egg beaters

Testicles; used when a male is having intercourse with a female and his testicles are slapping against the female, making a distinct "slapping" sound. Derived from the term "beat cakes", another term for intercourse.

I had drunk sex last night with Alexis and she wanted it rough, and now my egg beaters are sore this morning.

Banter Bus

The banter bus is a metaphorical term used to describe the activity of going to a place of interest with banterous intent usually some sort of clunge fest. It could also be used to ask someone if they want to partake in some meta-wymsical behavior.

I am on the banter bus now I'll be at the clunge fest in 20 minutes.

What you doing tonight mate? You up for getting on the banter bus.
