A Swedish word saying that an image has been altered, especially if something sensation-enhancing has been added to the image, like an unusual animal.

The word got coined in Sweden during discussions on the Swedish forum Flahback.org, when people worked to expose Terje Hellesö's extensive photo manipulations. He had even managed to win "Årets Naturfotograf 2010"/"Nature Photographer of 2010" with a photo which he had added a lynx to.
