(Noun) A female meth addict / dope whore who is so twacked out that she has convincesd herself that being a strung out junkie whore is fashionable. She tells herself how pretty she is as she spends hours in the mirror picking at her face and covering it with layer upon layer of cheap make up and body spray which she stole from Dollar General. She then ventures out into the world amongst the other jank-skanks looking for the next plug to blow for a gram.
