2) Also known in parts of Toronto as "The Harrington Suite" or "Harrington Arms Hotel", for similar behaviour by Joel Harrington.

1. A suit or device that makes a person almost invincible or untouchable.

2. A reference to the Goomba's Shoe in Super Mario Brothers 3 for the NES or Kuribo's Shoe in Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES that allows the wearer to walk (bounce) Safely across otherwise deadly plants.
3. An unobtainable level of safety
That guy is tough. You'd need a boot suit to take him on.
