An act of sheer, total, blinding inappropriate behavior. Totally going against the grain and doing what is considered wrong, obscene and bizarre.

Usually done by a girl who is quite pretty and sophisticated, making the act of vulgarity all that more shocking.

devcon

Devcon stands for Developers Confrence. It was created by the members of the Burton Message Board (BMB)around the year 2000 and is generally a week long vacation in the snow. Some members of the BMB meet every year to celebrate their love for snowboarding and to meet eachother in person. Each day is filled with time on the slopes and includes more experienced snowboarders sharing their knowledge and skills with the noob snowboarders as well as lots of lodge drinking time.

I'm so excited to meet all of my friends at Devcon, I've been waiting all year for this.
