The phrase itself is now something of a joke, as in "Can't hide the decline, Obama's poll numbers drop again."

Declan

A popular kid who has a lot of friends and is very talented. He’s not one of those stereotypical popular kids, however, he’s actually really funny and enjoyable to be around. He’s pretty nice and doesn’t really like popular trends, which is what I think is cool about him. Usually wears a NASA shirt. He’s a pretty sweet and swell guy in general.
