A feeling which can only be described as forlornness, dismay, and a heavy heart intermingled with the absence of snow outside, the absence of a significant other by your side to mingle the holidays away, the absence of Christmas parties, and recognizing how unfulfilling your life is while you dread the obligations of it. A feeling which utterly negates one's excitement towards the Holidays if there was any to begin with. A feeling that which when suffered, causes irreversible emotional and psychological wounding that makes the victim experience acute and prolonged sorrow.
