A word that is supposed to be considerd racist ,but if you actually look it up in the dictionary it just means "iggnorant person" .

1. Ignorant uneducated individual of any race.
2. Derogatory term used for shock value, usually heard on xbox live from 13 year old kids whos confidence arises since they're in the safety of their own home.
3. Derogatory term used towards those of African descent.
4. Term used by African Americans as a filler word just as 'um, like, and uh' are.

"That nigga was like damn i couldnt believe that nigga!"

"Oh my god this is such a nigger map!"

nigger 

A word used as a derogatory term towards African-Americans. The word came about during the time of slavery as an insult to demean the spirits of slaves who were brought against their will from Africa. However, when slavery ended, the use of the word continued because of racist feelings. The word was made popular when hip-hop came about in the seventies. The "er" was dropped off of the end and became an "a" due to the way many African-Americans pronounce their words. Many African-Americans attempted to change the meaning from a derogatory term to a word that meant "friend". Contrary to popular belief, not all African-Americans use this word to call their other friends of African descent. Many African-Americans are still offended by the use of the word in any context.

African-American Man 1: "What's up my nigger?"
African-American Man 2: "Don't use that word around me."

In a "cracker's" terms; A nigger is someone who is black and lives in the projects. This said nigger feeds off of health care, medicare, and medicaid... if it has care or aid in it - you better believe a nigger is gonna jump all up on dat ass. Many niggers also enjoy smoking crack cocaine. There are tall niggers, short niggers, skinny niggers, fat niggers, and jacked niggers. However, not all black people are niggers. Being black does not automatically make you a nigger. Look at Barrack Obama, he is a completely productive member of society... and many black people are. They are not niggers.

Dude: Hey man, do you remember that nigger we bought rocks from over in the projects?
