The idea behind this is that people from poor, war torn or unstable countries use their babies as a grappling hook to pull down the country they emigrate to because instead of changing and learning the new views and culture, they're just bringing the problems that made their country so terrible in the first place.
This term is most commonly used against Muslim immigrants who bring over their fundamentalist or extreme beliefs, even going as far to say they want to have sharia law which would supposedly ruin the country they moved to by stripping away lgbt rights and women's rights.
I want to clarify that this is a racist term used to target Muslims and sometimes other groups. I only post the definition so others can know.

They checked out from politics long ago and only read the news every 1-3 months. Their main focus is their hobbies. They try to have as little to do with the general public as possible because they know everyone is into politics and will probably view them as strange for not being into them also. They may have gone through doomer phases in the past, but now they rarely feel sad. Their mood is neutral for the most part with moments of joy sprinkled in here and there.
