Occasionally used as "Coboman." Prefix meaning awe-inspiring or shocking, but in any case implies emotional, sometimes physical, impact. Believed to be derived from "Coboman Project," in which a reference to a Korean software incident is made.

Cobol Tongue

1) A spring or stream that appears suddenly, out of no where. Usually consists of dirty water, flowing downhill from an unknown source. Disappears are quickly as it comes; 2) The act of stealing plastic, wooden, or metal crates from local delicatessens.

Rolly: I was totally Cobol Tongue'ing it last night. I got like, twenty crates!
