A potarty is the region between the balls and the leg which often becomes moist with physical activity, it can also mean the area under the shaft and between the balls, which also can become moist.

Before the age of the internet, aristocrats would often pen letters to their loved ones encouraging them to “sniff my potarty”.

The word potarty needs to be pronounced in a slight Indian accent. And is a play on the word potato. Because the balls are often referred to as “potato” in many languages.
