Word Breakdown:
Homo (prefix) = same
Cosmic (adjective) = relating to or describing the universe

Note: For some reason "universal" doesn't mean the same thing as cosmic even though it's literally "universe + al"(excluding the e), and "al" is a prefix meaning "related to", so while "homouniversal" can technically be a synonym for this word, "homocosmic" is more accurate.
